Menapaki jalan gelap bersama sabahat lama akan terasa lebih baik dibanding sendirian di jalan terang benderang. Adalah sepengal kata-kata yang dapat menggambarkan rasa kebersamaan para alumni Fakultas Peternakan Unwiku Purwokerto angkatan tahun 1990 dan 1991. Reui yang digagas oleh Fachrudin ternyata mendapatkan respon dari teman-teman seangkatnya, sehingga acara yang berlangsung sejak pukul 10.00 WIB berlangsung cukup meriah. Beberapa dosen senior juga hadir antara lain Ir. Narwastudjati, MP, Ir. Susilo Rahardjo, MP dan Ir. Sari Eko Tuswati, MP. Dalam sambutannya Wakil Dekan Fapet Bidang Kemahasiswaan Ir. Sulistyaningtyas, M.Sc. Agr menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih kepada para alumni angkatan 1990 dan 1991 yang masih menjalin komunikasi dengan Fapet Unwiku. Karena menurut bu Tyas reuni mempunyai fungsi antara lain untuk menjalin silaturrahmi, nostalgia dan networking serta refreshing jadi tetap sehat dan muda. Reuni lanjutan rencananya akan digelar bulan September 2017 bertempat di kampus tercinta Unwiku Purwokerto yang rencananya akan dihadiri oleh semua angkatan jadi akan lebih meriah.
